Denden went AWAY!!
Yes, last saturday Denden (my female owner) went away. All week she'd had the big black boxes out and was packing things in and out & re-arranging stuff in them and then weighing them on the scale.
I thought I could stop her from leaving if I got on the lid of the box and didn't get off...then she either couldn't leave or I'd get to go along. Didn't work. I was forcibly removed from the lid and the box was closed. Now she's gone and it's just Mark (my male owner) and I...two old males in the house alone. Not that I'm complaining but he doesn't let me sleep at night against his legs like Denden does. Oh well...

We try the sittin' on the box thing too, but it never works for us either.

Thats soooo sad. Frum the luks of it denden doesn't have a big box. She might not be gone to long. Oh, how sad!!!!
We don't like it when our beans go away either. We sit in the box when no-one is looking, an then they haf got our furrs wiv them so they don't furrget us.
Aw, I always try to come in the box too. Hopefully she won't be gone too long! It is a BLACK box, not a RED one so that usually means not a long stay.
maybe you can use this opportunity to work on training Mark a little better - legs are for sleepin on!

She who came before me, China tried to do something like this one time. Only she didn't sit on the lid...she was trying to take Meowma's undies out....and she got caught! Meowma just laughed at her!
So how can he stop you from sleeping on his legs if he's asleep?
Try sleeping on his face. Do that a few times in one night, and then he won't mind if you sleep on his legs. Trust me... :)
Well you'll have to get in some real male bonding time then. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. You'll be givin Denden lots of hugs and kisses when she returns.

She said it's from a very funny movie... I said "It's not about my friend Bravely Sir Robin becuz he really is brave," Not like that guy in the movie. Even tho the song says he had a tail too.
